Our range of products include Doctor
Blades for Gravure and Flexo Printing as well
as Coating applications. These High Precision Doctor Blades
are manufactured from a highly refined strip steel specially
selected for Doctor Blades. The final product is finished
with an extra smooth edge ensuring that the blades perform
a clean wiping action on the gravure cylinder/ anilox roller
immediately on start-up.
Our Doctor Blades, used for for Rotogravure
and Flexographic printing, are an essential part of the process
for achieving top quality printing.
Our Printing Doctor Blades are sold to Rotogravure and Flexographic
Printers in over 30 different countries through a network
of well qualified Distributors who carry an inventory of commonly
used sizes.
In addition, our technical staff has an extensive knowledge
of the Gravure and Flexo printing process which allows them
to suggest optimal solutions/remedies for your doctoring and
printing related problems.
